BAE Systems

We worked closely with the Engage group to create this award winning campaign. BAE Systems, one of the world’s leading defence and security companies, has a responsibility for effective document management across its diverse international workforce. Whether to recycle, shred, store or share are serious considerations for every company in the defence sector. But how could we inject passion into a serious but potentially dry subject matter? Our answer was Documan, a paper-based superhero in the origami mould! Documan and his contemporaries appeared throughout the organisation thanks to a series of templates and design assets we provided to internal project teams throughout their worldwide company. We gave them visually impactful international screen-savers, animations, presentations and brochure templates. Documan appeared on walls, screens, desks and in meeting rooms. In fact, so successful was our campaign, it was awarded a prestigious Chairman’s Award for changing and embedding behaviours.
